What documents do I need to rent a scooter?
You will need a valid driving license held for at least 2 years, a passport or national ID, and a credit card in the driver's name. International visitors should also carry an International Driving Permit (IDP).
What is the minimum age to rent a scooter?
The minimum age is 17 years with a valid driving license. International visitors should carry an International Driving Permit (IDP).
Is insurance included in the rental price?
Yes, all rentals include comprehensive insurance with collision damage waiver (CDW) and theft protection. Additional premium coverage options are available to reduce or eliminate the excess amount.
Can I pick up and return at different locations?
Yes, one-way rentals are available between our locations. A one-way fee may apply depending on the pickup and drop-off points. We also offer airport delivery and collection services.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee equivalent to one day's rental charge.
Do you offer delivery to my hotel or airport?
Absolutely! We provide complimentary delivery and collection at all major airports, hotels, and marinas. For remote locations, a small delivery fee may apply.
Is there a mileage limit on rentals?
Most of our scooters come with a generous daily mileage allowance. Unlimited mileage packages are also available. Any excess mileage is charged at a competitive per-kilometer rate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. A security deposit hold is placed on your card at pickup and released upon return.
